How’d we get here?
Daydream Experts is our way of scaling our mission to make data more impactful for execs, ops, and finance. If you’re a typical early stage startup (20-100 people), we believe Daydream should be where you go to meet your data needs — long before you hire your own data team.
Through building Daydream, we’ve worked with 100+ 20-100 person companies to help them use data more effectively to run their business and communicate with investors or customers.
In order to scale our onboarding, we built a magic-feeling machine focused on servicing our customer’s data needs. This machine lets us address data requests cost effectively by leveraging a proprietary combo of our own tech, AI, and both global and in-house experts, and business leader partners.
Until now, we’ve only offered these data services to Daydream customers. But as we reflected, we realized we could use the same machine to help a lot of startups that might not be ready to make the jump to a new BI platform yet — either because they’re too early (their data is messy, they haven’t settled on metrics) or because they’re deeply entrenched in another platform and not ready to rip off the band-aid, yet.
And so we started dreaming about how to make Daydream Experts a reality.
